Where are your servers located?

Our infrastructure runs out of Frankfurt, Germany, giving low-latency connections across Europe.

What happens if I want to upgrade my plan?

Contact support and we will move your server to a larger plan with no data loss. Self-service upgrades are coming soon.

Do you offer refunds?

Is DDoS protection included?
