How fast is my server ready after I pay?

Instantly, in most cases under sixty seconds. Payment triggers automatic provisioning on our own dedicated hardware, with no manual setup and no waiting on a support ticket.

Can I install plugins or mods?

Yes. Every plan includes full file manager access, so you can upload plugins or mods directly, or use the panel built-in tools where available.

Where are your servers located?

You choose your region at checkout: London, United Kingdom for Europe, or Beauharnois, Canada for North America. The configurator measures the response time from your own browser to each one, so you can pick on real numbers rather than a map.

What happens if I want to upgrade my plan?

Do it yourself from the dashboard — press Upgrade/downgrade on your server. You pay the difference straight away, your renewal date does not change, and nothing on the server is lost. You can move back down the same way.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, see our Refund Policy for full details. In short: full refund within 24 hours of first purchase if you are not satisfied.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes, DDoS filtering is included on every plan at no extra cost.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.

Do you take automatic backups?

Backups are available in the panel — open your server, go to Backups, and create or restore one whenever you like. They are not taken automatically on a schedule, so take one before big changes such as a version upgrade or a new modpack.
