Terms of Service

By purchasing or using a server from Vyrex Hosting, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptable use

Servers may not be used for illegal activity, to distribute malware, to attack other systems, or in violation of the end-user license agreement of the game software you are running. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any server found in violation without refund.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay will result in server suspension, and eventually deletion, after a grace period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
