We collect the information necessary to provide and bill for our service: your email address, and payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never see or store your full card details ourselves).

What we store

Your account email, hashed password, and a record of the servers and orders associated with your account. Server files and console activity are stored on our infrastructure to operate your service.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing the payment data it handles on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
